With over 40 years of experience in Human Resources and more than 32 years in tax preparation, Florence Sanchez has dedicated her career to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate important decisions with confidence.

Continuing the legacy of her father’s tax preparation business, Florence has built lasting client relationships founded on trust, personal attention, and a genuine commitment to serving others.

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, along with OSHA 30-Hour and Train-the-Trainer certifications, Florence brings extensive knowledge in human resources management, workplace safety, employee relations, and business consulting.

In January 2024, Florence expanded her professional services into financial education, driven by a desire to help families better understand how to protect their income, accumulate wealth, and prepare for retirement.

Today, through Sanchez Services, Florence combines decades of professional experience with a passion for education and empowerment.
